Pick-up times are by appointment only. Unless previously noted, all buyers will have invoices sent out with shipping charges applied once all items have been pulled and verified. If pick-up is preferred, please let us know, and we can easily remove the shipping charges. Canadian bidders will have items shipped via Canada Post. USA bidders will have their items shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are applied based on invoice total at hammer price. $1-$19 hammer price charged $5 flat shipping. $20 to $99 hammer price charged $10 flat shipping. Over $100 at hammer will be charged $20 flat shipping. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT EXTRA LARGE OR EXTREMELY HEAVY ITEMS MAY CARRY A PREMIUM. AUCTION IS IN CANADIAN DOLLARS! 13% HST Applies to Ontario residents only. 5% GST for remainder of Canada. No Tax applicable to American buyers. Each lot sold is subject to a 15% buyers premium (unless posted otherwise) of the successful bid price of each lot. This will be added to the invoice after the auction closes. If you are looking to pick up your items we are at 26 Ripley Ave, Toronto, M6S 3N9. Please contact us notifying us of your intended pick-up so that we can make sure your items are available. Appointments will be made for pick-up within the week following the auction close. Not all items are in mint condition and the condition will reflect that. We try to give you good pictures and accurate descriptions but feel free to drop us an email with questions and we will try to describe it for you. The lack of reference to flaws does not imply it is flawless. Glory Days Collectibles reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time, to divide any lot or to combine any two or more lots at our discretion, all without notice. Glory Days Collectibles has the right to refuse or accept any bid. The highest bidder accepted by Glory Days Collectibles for any lot shall be the buyer and such buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot. If any dispute should arise between bidders, Glory Days Collectibles shall have the absolute discretion to designate the buyer or, at his/her option, to withdraw any disputed lot from the sale, or to re-offer it at the same or a subsequent auction. Any items not picked up in a reasonable time period shall be considered abandoned unless communication on the subject has been received. There may be a disposal fee charged to the buyer, or the item will be resold. Payment for your winning lots can be made via Paypal, Amex, Visa or MasterCard. We do not hold on to credit card numbers. Returning buyers will need to contact us each time for processing of payment. Bidders who would like to pay by PayPal may request a PayPal invoice be sent to them. Glory Days Collectibles will have any pick-up items bundled together and ready for the agreed upon pick-up time. Glory Days Collectibles reserves the right to refuse registration to our auctions or to refuse to recognize any or all bids from any particular person or persons at any time with no notice. Please read the descriptions and look at all the pictures....We try our best to get you everything you need to make an educated decision.....if damage is photographed and not notated in the description, or vice versa, it is still classified as DISCLOSED and there will be no refund issued for lack of disclosure.
