Complete Farm Dispersal Auction for Circle U Ranch, Randle, Washington. Craig and Kathy Uren have enjoyed forty two years of farming and have decided to hang it up. All equipment has been very well maintained, stored inside and never rained on. You will not be disappointed with the quality pieces offered at this online auction. Clean, Clean, Clean ! Come and take a look--Two different Sundays we will be onsite to offer IN PERSON previewing ! Sunday April 11th and Sunday, April 18th. Preview 9am to 4pm. Online Auction bidding starts on Tuesday, April 6th at 8am. Auction starts to close at 7pm on Wednesday, April 21st. This auction offers a "soft close"--which means if a lot has a bid placed in last few minutes, the bidding for that lot will be extended by two more minutes, each time a bid is placed. Again, Auction starts to close at 7pm, it starts to close in Lot # order. Three lots close each minute.
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate, but not a warranty Bidder preview and inspection is encouraged, Preview at 110 Young Rd, Randle on Sun April 11 and Sun April 18th, 9am to 4pm By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chose NOT to personally examine them We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion Buyer agrees to pay applicable sales tax on items that have a title. Buyer agrees to to payment terms we accept, which are: Cash and pre approved check, (call office, ask for Brenda, for check pre approval) Payment in full is due at pick up Buyer agrees to pick up dates of Saturday, April 24th and Sunday, April 25th, 2021, 9am to 5pm We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failure or power outages
