Public Auction Market Terms & Conditions A valid credit card will be required to register for our auctions. To protect the integrity of the auction for everyone, you will need to submit a valid credit card. *Your card on file will be charged within 24 hours after the auction ends* By registering and bidding, you are agreeing that you fully intend to pay for all winning bids. - You will be charged a 15% Buyers Fee on your winning bids. - Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all in-state invoices unless a valid Resale Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office. Descriptions are provided by the seller. It is the bidder's responsibility to judge accuracy or genuineness of any item descriptions and bid accordingly. Lots will begin closing at the stated closing time and will close at a rate of one every 20 seconds. This auction features an auto bid extend. Auction end times: When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame. I, the buyer, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is. - Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Owner and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for a period of time following the auction.
