Preview: (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) Our preview times (listed below) are for each auction. Previews are held for each auction on the day prior to the auction's start date. For example: If an auction starts on Friday May 12, the preview will be on Thursday May 11. Previews by appointment call 512-923-1899 (Hours of Operation: 10:00A.M.- 4:00P.M.) Removal: (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY), (TWO DAYS ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS) Our removal times (listed below) are for each auction. Removals are scheduled the (2) days following each auction. For example: If an auction closes on Friday May 12, the removal days for that auction are Saturday May 13 and Sunday May 14. (Hours of Operation: 10:00A.M.-6:00P.M.) You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. *PAYMENT TERMS: AT THE CLOSE OF OUR AUCTION YOUR REGISTERED CREDIT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE TO PAY YOUR INVOICE. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD DENIES OR REJECTS PAYMENT YOU MUST CONTACT US OR FOLLOW THE LINK IN YOUR UNPAID INVOICE FROM CURRENCY PAY. IF YOU PREFER TO USE AN ALTERNATE CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR SCEDULED PICK UP. (CASH PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP ). AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM CURRENCY PAY AND AUCTION FLEX WITH A LINK TO PAY YOUR UNPAID INVOICE. OR DOWNLOAD A COPY OF YOUR PAID RECEIPT. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL AFTER AUCTION CLOSES PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND CONTACT US SO WE CAN RESEND THE UNPAID INVOICE FOR PAYMENT. Payment Types: Cash/Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Wire Transfer. We no longer accept checks or E-Checks. All buyers must have a paid receipt from ATX Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED. All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions premises* *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal.
