All equipment is believed to be in working order, however everything is sold As Is. Buyers must make arrangements to pick up their items in a time frame agreed upon by the Seller. Please contact Jeff Turner at 317-339-5277 to make arrangements to view the equipment prior to the Auction and to make arrangements for dismantling and removal. Payment options for this Auction are as follows: Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Company Check, Cashier Check or Wire Transfer. All payments will be made to Boone Marketing Inc within 3 days of close of Auction. A buyers premium of 10% will be charged to the total invoice. All Removal of items must be arranged between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller will coordinate the order in which items must be dismantled. The Seller will require all parties involved in dismantling the equipment and or buildings to sign a waiver of liability. The Seller has the right to accept or reject the final bid price on any or all lots offered for sale. As a registered bidder you agree to these Terms.
