TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. All lots are priced at current Scott Catalog. 2. All stamps are sold as genuine and are guaranteed to be as represented in the catalog. Should a claim of error of description arise, the lot must be returned intact within 10 days of receipt and must be in exactly the same condition as sold. 3. The following conditions apply to requests for Expertization: All lots must be paid for in full including the15% premium and shipping costs prior to shipping. Any & all lots must be submitted by the bidder to an acceptable Expertizing Committee within 15 days of the date of sale and a written notice must be given to GV Stamp Auctions prior to submitting for expertizing Lots containing more than one stamp may NOT be submitted for Certificate. Expertization costs shall be incurred by the buyer. However, should an adverse opinion be rendered on Authentication or condition then GV Stamp Auctions will forward a refund of: (i) the cost of the certificate as a APS Member Fee, which shall not to exceed $50.00, the full Hammer price plus 15%, provided the lot is returned in 120 days to GV Stamp Auction in the same condition as when purchased. Stamps described with flaws cannot be return for additional flaws. Stamps may not be returned for differences of opinion on Grading since this is subjective. 4. All lots will be sold to the highest bidder at one increment over the second highest bidder. 5. Payment must be made in USA funds and must be received within one week of notification of successful bids. Visa, Master Card, AmExp and Discover, PayPal or check may be accepted. 6. Lots maybe inspected at the store prior to the Auction. 7. Minnesota Sales Tax will be charged unless exempt. 8. A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to the hammer price. 9. The minimum mailing and handling charge is $4.00.
