It's strongly recommended that all bidders inspect the items before placing a bid.There is a Buyers Premium of 10% charged to buyer at checkout. We try and describe each item as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantees from the seller. All photos and item descriptions are a guide line of the item only. Payment must be received by the time of scheduled pickup with the conclusion of the auction. No items will be released until payment in full is made. Any item not picked up at the check out date and time provided will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all rights, title and interest to the property, including all monies from the buyer. If prior pick up arrangements are made, this will not apply. Returned check fees will be assessed a $35 NSF Fee and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions.
