Your invoice will be emailed to the e-mail that you provide during registration upon completion of our auction. If you do not see it in your in-box please be sure to check your junk-mail folder. Your credit card that you provide upon registration will be charged for the total amount of your invoice the following afternoon after the auction is complete. BUYER'S PREMIUM: Please note that a 12% Buyers premium will be placed on all lots purchased in this auction. Be sure to factor the Buyer's Premium into your bids when bidding. All applicable Ontario sales tax (13% HST) will be charged to the final invoice sum. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale any of the items listed. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is 'basis, with all faults.
