Terms & Conditions: This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however, it is a staggered close, meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will entire stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding. Mike Crabtree, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as-is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Mike Crabtree, Auctioneer, is providing internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Mike Crabtree, Auctioneer or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Mike Crabtree, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. All internet bidders shall be registered prior to auction start time. A Buyers internet fee of 10% will be charged per item. Payment instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Debit Card which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. There is a 3% charge per item for credit card processing fees. Please contact the auction company with any questions. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. ALSO KEEP IN MIND, LOAD OUTS TAKE TIME! WE CHECK EVERY BUYERS RECEIPT, MAKE SURE THEY ARE PAID OR NEED TO PAY! WE MAKE SURE THEY RECEIVE EACH ITEM ON THER INVOICE PRIOR TO LEAVING AND ALSO MAKE SURE YOU ONLY TAKE THE ITEMS LISTED ON YOUR INVOICE! PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE AS ONLINE LOAD OUTS ARE VERY TIME CONSUMING! WE DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE THAT EVERY BIDDER LEAVES WITH THEIR CORRECT ITEMS AND THAT NOTHING IS LEFT BEHIND! Bring help to load your items, boxes/tubs and any tools you may need to disassemble items. Picking up your items: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick up and removal of any items you may win at this auction. If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the pickup times that have been scheduled for this auction, PLEASE DO NOT BID!! The auctioneer does NOT hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability.
