A representative with Linnebur Auctions, Inc. will bid on your behalf. If you are the winning bidder you will be notified by phone, so make sure you provide a good contact number upon registration. Absentee gun buyers will be required to pay for gun(s) purchases through Linnebur Auctions, Inc. (using a valid credit card and will be charged a 3% administrative fee) upon conclusion of the sale Sat. May 1, and then do a BC upon picking up the gun(s). Anyone holding a FFL will need to provide it to bypass the BC. All absentee gun BC'(s) & gun pick up will take place at Butterfield Firearms located at 4711 S. County Rd. 185, Byers, CO 80103. LIVE BIDDING ON GUNS: 1. Firearms & related items to be offered LIVE at 10 am. 2. Anyone buying a gun at the LIVE auction will need to pass the BC (unless you hold a FFL), which is done and processed by Butterfield Firearms (Chuck Butterfield, sponsored by High Plains Pheasants Forever Chapter). Please note, BC's could possibly take up to 5 days. 3. All guns must be paid for and BC paperwork turned into Chuck Butterfield before leaving the sale site/conclusion of sale on Sat. May 1st. 4.
