Auction Terms & Conditions All purchases must be paid in full within 72 hours of the auction closing. Any winning lot over $2,000 will require a non-refundable deposit of $300 (charged automatically at the close of the auction) which will be charged to the card used to register for the auction. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due - if the bidder forfeits the winning bid for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. TITLED VEHICLES require CERTIFIED FUND PAYMENT (cash, debit card, cashier’s check from bank institution). Money orders are not accepted. Payments by credit card will have an additional 5% buyer's premium. IF YOU ARE AN OUT OF STATE BUYER ONLY ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF PAYMENT IS WIRE TRANSFER. Payments received after close of business on the third business day following the auction will be charged a 10% late payment fee. All items are sold as is-where is with all faults, blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity and all other factors. All sales are final. Please be aware of pick-up address. Pick-Up: -Please bring your own items to assist with pick-up (dolly, straps, blankets, etc.) -Please bring your own help to load large items -If items are not picked up by the end of arranged pickup day, the items immediately become the property of A&B Liquidators. No refunds will be provided. - Please load your items carefully. We will not be liable for any damage to your property or yourself while you are on/off our property. -Please bring your own bags/boxes for picking up items. Shipping: - Must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. Abandoned property risks a $75 disposal charge - please ensure you pick up all items.
