TERMS OF AUCTION The property in today's auction will be offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the Seller, governed by the terms and conditions listed below. 1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind. 2. The highest bidder shall be deemed the purchaser by the Auctioneer. Should any dispute arise between the two or more recognized bidders, the article or articles being sold may be immediately put up for resale at the option of the Auctioneer. 3. When an item is declared sold by the Auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and said item remains on the premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from auction premises by May 5, 3 PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the Seller or Auctioneer. loadout is today until 5 PM. Chargebacks on credit cards and stop paymnets on checks are not allowed for any reason. 5. There is a 3% surcharge for payment by Visa, Master Card or Discover 6. All Purchases are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax unless Buyer has a completed Exemption Certificate on file with Auctioneer. 7. Your bid is legal contract and bidders may not retract their bids.
