Buyer premuim is final and will not be refunded. 13. AUCTION LOTS are generated from manifest from truckload. some items may not be in actual inventory. If this occurs your money only for items missing paid will be refunded. 14. There will be a $20 declinded credit card fee if venmo payment is not received within 24 hours of notification of declined cc. you agree that your card on file will be current and active. It takes time and resources to track down bidders for payment. This is for auction invoice and for shipping. All fees must be paid in order to release items. No exceptions. If you make venmo payment or update credit card and second attempt is successful this fee will be reduced to $10. 15. Venmo is preferred payment method. There will be a 6% credit card or paypal fee added to each invoice. If you want to avoid fee please pay by venmo. 16. All items unpaid by 2nd monday after auction invoice or shipping unpaid Monday after invoice sent will be considered abandoned and you release items back to auctioneer and forfeit any monies paid and you will still be responsible for payment. 17. Shipping is seperate charge from your invoice . All unpaid shipping invoice after 24 hours of sent invoice will incur a $20 late payment charge. After 3 days of unpaid shipping charge bidder will agree to abondon items paid for or pay a $25 fee. No items will be released with out complete payment of invoice shipping fees and late fees.
