Welcome to the Have-A-Clearance Big Bonanza online only auction. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Pick up will be from Noon to 6:00 pm on Friday, March 12, 2021. There is no secondary pick up times, but shipping is offered on most lots. There is a 15% Buyers Premium to offset the cost of online auctions. Auction Terms & Conditions Please read and understand all Terms and Conditions prior to bidding! If you are unsure or the Terms and Conditions are unclear, please contact to clarify prior to bidding. Registration Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the Terms & Conditions and any other announced Terms & Conditions of auction or rules of this site. Auction company has sole discretion on who can and cannot place bids. Have Sum Stuff does not have the ability to register bidders, we use a rented online platform and do not control registrations. Items Condition All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks, or refunds. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read every description. Have Sum Stuff recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. Have Sum Stuff shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Bidding During the auction you can see your bid. We do recommend that you put in your maximum bid if you are not able to attend the auction live. This allows you to be in control of your items of interest during your busy personal schedule. When putting in your maximum online bid for an item it always stays at the lowest bid increment and only goes up when others bid against you. Note: After auction ends you may not retract a winning bid for an item. Once the hammer drops you are responsible for payment of your items. Auction Closing This auction will have a soft closing which means that items will begin closing at 7:00 pm one at a time with another item closing every 15 seconds from one another. This way you can bid on multiple items at one time and not fear you may lose any of them. Bidding will be extended on an item for 2 minutes if anyone bids on that item within the last 1 minute of items closing. This once again keeps other bidders from sniping an item from you when you have put your time and effort into getting it for several days/bids. Have Sum Stuff reserves the right to extend, cancel, retract, ban, or reschedule any item in this event. The auctioneer reserves the right to change closing time if needed. Due to this being an online auction, please keep in mind that connection, server, or other technology may suffer difficulties and effect your ability to bid. Have Sum Stuff nor this service provider are responsible for any technical issues that occur with the online auction process. Although we expect no delays or difficulties, we cannot control the online world at play for this event. Payment We accept PayPal and cash at pick up. If you require shipping, you will receive an email with the exact shipping cost plus a $2.00 shipping and handling fee added to your total. All items must be paid for in full on Pick Up Day. Payment methods include PayPal and Cash. All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyer’s premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. If paying with cash, please put name on outside of an envelope with correct change inside. Pick Up and Shipping Item pick up is Friday, March 12, 2021 from Noon to 6:00 pm. Pick up location will be at 450 Washington Street, Florissant, MO 63031. There is no secondary pick up time, but shipping is offered on most lots. To help mitigate the risk and slow the spread of Covid 19 we will implement the following changes to pick up. Only 1 customer allowed in the pick-up area. Because the pick up location is at a storage facility, please pull into the last parking space and text me when you arrive, and I will let you through the gate. Only necessary help will be allowed to assist you. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of Have Sum Stuff. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate pick up days. For all items that are shipped, winning bidder will receive an updated invoice with the buyer's premium, totals, and shipping charges. All items will ship promptly after all payments are successfully charged.
