REGISTRATION To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. Returning bidders, will need to ensure all information is up to date. PAYMENT Register a working Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card with sufficient funds available to cover your purchases. At the close of the auction, the credit card you provided will be automatically charged for the full price of your purchases plus a 10% Buyer's Premium. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 10% buyer's fee will be added to your invoice total. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $10.00. Your total invoice is $110.00) ACCURACY Every effort has been made to provide the proper details, information, descriptions and pictures for each lot. However, accuracy can not be guaranteed. WARRANTY No items come with any warranty or return options. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty expressed or implied. AUCTION CHANGES Occassionally lots may need to be added, combined, or removed without notice. SOFT CLOSING Our online auctions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to participate and bid. At the designated time the auction is set to begin closing, each lot closes in sequential order. If a bid is placed on a lot within two minutes of its closing time, the lot will remain open for two additional minutes. SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER If you are the successful high bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid, including the buyers premium. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in a permanent ban from future auctions. PICKUP/REMOVAL Buyer is responsible for pick up and removal of all items won. Auction company will not be available to wrap, pack or load any items. Please bring all necessary supplies, equipment & people needed for you take your items. SHIPPING No shipping is available for this auction.

Shipping / Pick Up

Pick up will be on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021 from 2pm - 7pm unless other arrangements are made in advance. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND PACKING YOUR OWN ITEMS. PLEASE BRING THE REQUIRED PACKING SUPPLIES AND HELP. Shipping is available for some items at an additional cost to buyer. Please contact us about specific items before bedding. For each winning bidder needing items shipped, the auction company will collect a handling & packing fee of $5 for each lot purchased. Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS in the most economical way deemed possible by auction company. All unclaimed items at the end of the designated pickup time (paid or unpaid) will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made.
