All items are sold AS IS, Where is. Items are described as accurate as possible but customer preview is strongly advised. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. By placing a bid, customer acknowledges that they have examined the item to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the lot. All lots are subject to pay state sales tax. All purchases are also subject to a buyer's premium in the amount of ten percent of the purchase price. The buyer's premium is in effect to cover Auction company's credit card processing fees. Only valid credit cards are accepted. A one dollar hold will be placed on card at time of registration for auction. This hold is to validate the card and will be removed at the close of the auction.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to remove purchased lots during the designated Pick-Up times. Failure to remove purchased items before the 5pm cut off will result in a forfeit of purchases. Please bring boxes for loose items & help for removal of furniture.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, and/or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure. Lots will begin closing on Sunday March 14th at 3 pm est. Lots will close using a soft closure method. This mean if a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of closing, the bidding will be automatically extended for a two minute time period.
