Description	This Sale Highlights a Lifetime Collection of Spanish Colonial items including Furniture, Cookware, Bronze Signal Cannons, Large Marble Mortars, 19th Century Chandeliers and Lighting, Religious Artifacts such as beuatiful Cuzco Paintings from 17th - 19th Century, Carved & Polychromed Santos, Crucifixes, Loads of Architectural items both Metal and Wood, 11ft. Tall Carved Church Altar, Spanish Colonial Mission Bells, 25+ Bronze Sculptures as well as their extensive Collection of Bronze Medals some from Olympics. This collection is from a Gentleman who collected and lived many years in Peru before moving his family to Houston. 98% or more of the items come from this single estate and we are pleased to bring this auction and these fine items to Market.

Summit Auction Gallery Terms & Conditions All items are sold, As Is, Where Is, without any warranties expressed or implied. Bidding Increments will be followed throughout the auction without exception and is as follows: $0- $50 by $5 $50-$200 by $10 $200-$500 by $25 $500-$1,000 by $50 $1,000-$2,500 by $100 $2,500-$10,000 by $250 $10,000-$20,000 by $500 $20,000-$50,000 by $1,000 $50,000 up by $2,500 Buyer's Premium will be charged at a rate of 23% on the Hammer Price for each item. This will be a multi-platform auction as well as Live auction with Phone Bidders and Absentee Bids. Bidding live on this platform will guarantee whether you have the bid or not during the auction. If you are outbid by another site or live bidders you will have the opportunity to plavce a higher bid. Invoices will be sent night the auction ends, with specific instructions for pick-up. We will not automatically charge your card, and will collect payment via cash or credit upon pick-up. Shipping can be arranged for customers unable to pick-up personally and will be handled by our 3rd Party Shipper or a shipper of your chosing.

Payment Terms	We will be accepting Paypal payments or payments through the various platforms for online bidders. We also will accept credit cards and cash for most items. We do ask that orders over $2,500 be handled via wire transfers if possible.

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping for most items will be handled by 3rd party sources, and they will be updated on this list with contact information well before the auction so that you can make arrangements. You are also welcome to use your own 3rd party shipper as long as we are notified by the purchaser who will be coming to retrieve their items. Local pick-up will be available on the days after the sale, and by appointment only after the following week.
