Auction Terms & Conditions 1. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid price for the total purchase price.
2. The buyer will be responsible for the items purchased and for the pickup of items.
3. Receipts covering your purchases will be rendered at the conclusion of the sale only on presentation of your paddle and payment due of the balance due.
4. No purchase will be released nor may be removed from the premises until paid for.
5. All items sell as is, where is with no guarantee.
6. The Auctioneer reserves the right to determine the bid increments.
