1. All sales are final and full payment shall be made on date of sale before buyer leaves the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 2. STATE SALES TAXES: All sales subject to State Sales Tax Laws; buyers with tax permit exemptions must furnish them to the cashier or pay any applicable taxes. 3. NO WARRANTY: All merchandise is sold "as is where is". The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this sale are oral statements made by owner, its officers, agents nor employees or auctioneer concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied or fitness for any general or particular purpose. 4. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the merchandise becomes your responsibility. 5. RECEIPT: A buyer will be furnished a receipt at the time of pay out. This receipt must be authenticated by the check-out person before buyer will be permitted to remove purchases from the sale premises. 6. REMOVAL DATE: Merchandise becomes the FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER at time of purchase, and buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from sale premises. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM SALE SITE BY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10th. Items not removed by March 10th becomes property of Rosenfelt Auctions unless other arrangements are made. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!! 7. INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneer, Owner, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on sale premises. Not responsible for fire, theft, or any acts of nature. 8. No children under the age of 16 allowed to drive or operative any motorized vehicle or equipment. 9. No open carry allowed. 10. There is a $25.00 returned check fee.
