This estate is being offered due to the recent sudden passing of our client's husband. He was a Vietnam combat veteran Special Operations U.S. Army (ret.),U.S.Army Civilian Special Ops.(ret.) and doting husband. Our client will be moving back to her origins in the the Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia to live closer to her family. She loves Christmas and entertaining her family,friends,and extended family. Her tastes lean tradtional southern,and many fine pieces are in this sale. This is a lifetime accumulation of many pieces of fine furniture,antique furniture,fine crystal,fine china,kitchenwares,glassware,incl. green and pink depression,collectible items,project furniture, Christmas decor,garage items,iron yard decor,firearms,pocket knives,etc.

Terms and Conditions

No shippng this auction. Local pickup only. Professional movers will be on site to remove large furniture and appliances from the home. Larger furniture and appliances must be removed the Sat. and Sun. following the auction. Smaller furniture,glass,china,etc. may be removed throughout the week. An in home preview will be open to the public Sat. April 3rd 11am - 2pm and Sat. April 10th 11am - 4pm. Attendance is encouraged to view these wonderful pieces and tour this gorgeous Cape Cod in historic downtown Smithfield.,N.C. Auction Terms & Conditions All items are sold as is where is without promise or guarantee. Full item condition disclosure is attempted in the item description and photography. An in person inspection is encouraged. Firearm permits required according to FFL laws. Firearm payment must be made in cash or good personal check. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchases. 6.75% NC sales tax added to all purchases without tax I.D, Please send your tax ID info immediately after the auction ends to keep from being charged tax. The credit card on file with Hibid will be charged. your full auction bid plus BP and NC Sales Tax when applicable. Please make sure your CC limit will accomodate your purchase. This home must be emptied. Please pick up your purchases. We will not have access to the home once the final pick up day is complete.
