Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All bids are binding. No refunds will be given.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Final sales price will be obtained using a 10% buyers premium (3% additional for use of a CC/Debit card) plus Applicable taxes
* 10% Buyer's premium applied to all bids. Additional 3% fee for use of a CC or Debit card.
* Summit Auctions LLC accepts Cash, Check, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express.
* All items must be paid and settled within 72 hours after the close of the auction. Items must be picked up during that time. Any items left after 72 hours are subject to a $5.00 a day storage fee or will be resold.
* Summit Auctions can assist with any and all shipping but utulize a 3rd party at the buyers responsibility. A process and handling fee of a minimum of $5.00 will be applied to a shipping transactions.
* For internet-only auctions, Summit Auctions reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or malfunctions.
