Cash only, and please be aware that the buyer pays a 10% fee on top of the bidding price. This is the platform fee. 4. After the auction ends the highest bidder needs to reach out to the office and arrange a time on 3/5 between 12-5:30 or 3/6 between 9-5:30 to pay. We can be reached at 319-338-6155. Our lobbies are currently closed due to COVID precautions and all payments will be taken contact free using our cash drop box. Please call ahead for instructions. 5. You have until 10pm Sunday 3/7/21 to completely empty the rooms that are purchased. If you need more time it is $10 more per day. We can arrange that right away. 6. We will give you a gate code to enter the gates when we have received the payments. Gate access is available from 6am-10pm. 7. All items will need to be removed from the room.
