The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. 10% Buyers Fee on All Purchases 7% Sales Tax for North Dakota residents All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. SHIPPING FOR ITEMS OTHER THAN FIREARMS Shipping is available to your address on file. The item becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card for the amount due. The buyer assumes all risk in shipping the item. We cannot control what happens with the item after it leaves our possession and any damage or lost items are between the buyer and the shipper. If you would like to insure your items for an additional charge, please let us know prior to shipping. All Information listed on auction items is based on information from the manufacturer.
