Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Superior Auction Sales reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Virginia Sales taxes charged on all purchases unless you have a tax exempt form on file at the time of check out.
* 13% Buyer's Premium charged on all purchases. 3% Discount for Cash or Check when picked up on Friday 2/26 by 5PM. All unpaid invoices will be autimatically charged to the card on file at the time of registration at the close of day on 2/26/21 (5PM).
* We accept cash, check, MC/Visa.
* Pick Up items on 2/26/21 and other days and times by appointment. Any item left for more than 2 weeks without contact or prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at our discretion. No Refunds or Credits will be givien.
* Shipping available for items that will fit in a STANDARD size box easily obtained at UPS or USPS. We charge a $10.00 Handling Fee plus shipping cost and supplies if needed. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
* Any disputes will be handled in Suffolk, VA.
* Auction will use the soft close feature and will close in the order of the catalog at a rate of 1 item every 20 seconds. Any item receiving a bid in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction for that item by 2 minutes. (other items will continue to close).
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
