Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTRATION - You must register for the auction on Hibid. Credit Card information will be needed to veryfy your identification. WE DO NOT RETAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER NOR DO WE CHARGE TO IT. You must be of legal age to bid.
PAYMENT - You must pay for your items BEFORE you pick them up by etransfer or Credit Card
iF YOU HAVE NOT PAID AND PICKED UP BY FRIDAY MARCH 5 THE ITEMS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF LUKE'S AUCTIONS
BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and 13% HST added to all purchases.
BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops.
INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - You will receive an email after after the auction with your Invoice. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the times specified.

MERCHANDISE AND CONDITION - We do our best to properly describe the items in the auction to the best of our ability however items are all sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Most of the items in this auction are STORE RETURNS unless otherwise stated and described. Some items have been returned washed or slightly damaged and we will state that as necessary. Some items are unable to be tested so you are buying them UNTESTED. We cannot be responsible for condition of items new in the box - unopened.
THE BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Peninsula Liquidators Inc. (O/A - Luke's Auctions) and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Luk'e Auctions or anyone acting on his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age.
