What is not picked up will be forfeited with no refund. Bring any help you need to pick up and load your items. GNC will not have help for loading or packing. Bring any boxes and packing materials you may need. GNC highly recommends you take the time to inspect items you are bidding on as all sales are final. All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." The seller makes no guaranty, warranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weight, contents or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever. Virginia State regulations regarding COVID-19 require mandatory mask to enter GNC Online Auction site for preview and/or pick up. Limit of 10 people in the building at one time. BIDDING TERMS: GNC Online Auctions will have starting bids of $5 on each lot, increments after that remain the same. Sales start ending at the specified end date, and close approximately every 15 seconds thereafter. The buyer is solely responsible for the pickup of all lots purchased at his/her own expense during the specified pickup time frame. Failure to pick up the items in the specified time window will result in a forfeiture of the items without refund. The seller is not required for any reason to provide an alternative time, location, or method of pickup. No shipping is available. If an item is unable to be found during the pickup period, the buyer must immediately make this known to the seller's auction staff. If the item cannot be found, a refund will be given.
