Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This is only to accomodate these orders. By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms, conditions, policies, and notices of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There will be Limited SHIPPING OPTIONS for this auction do to the type of sale it is. Not all items in this auction can be shipped so please call and inquire about shipping lots before you bid to be sure they can be shipped. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday March 5th, 2020 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Please review all tabs for more information on viewing times, payment, pick up times and dates and more detailed terms. Shipping policy and costs are as follows. Items that are shipped must fit in USPS Priority Mail boxes or standard mail boxes and envelopes. We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. No UPS or FED EX shipping is currently offered. Shipping costs are actual shipping cost + $5.00 for small and medium boxes and + $7.50 for large boxes. Insurance costs will be automatically added for orders over $50.00 unless buyer declines by email, verbal message or signed letter. Shipments will only be sent out to verified credit card billing addresses unless pre-approval has been made by Auctioneer. Special Note: For the foreseeable future the following procedures will be enacted for pick up and payment. All purchases will be gathered by invoice by Ridge Crest staff and delivered to buyers curbside at the front of our building. No buyers will be allowed to enter our facility unless absolutely needed. Buyers may call in ahead and pay invoices over the phone by credit card or Ridge Crest staff will meet you outside and payment may be made at that time. If you decide to call in and make payment by credit card please be advised there is still a 3% fee for doing so.
