Live and Online Property Auction for Clearwater County Monday March 15, 2021 2:00 PM MDT Clearwater County Office 4340-47 Ave, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta Terms of Sale Agreement 1) A parcel of land offered for sale may be redeemed by payment of all arrears, penalties and costs by guaranteed funds at any time until the property is declared sold 2) Each parcels of land will be subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title. 3) The land is being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis, and Clearwater County makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the developability of the subject land for any intended use by the purchaser. 4) The auctioneer, councillors, the chief administrative officer and designated officers and employees of the municipality must not bid or buy any parcel of land offered for sale, unless directed by the municipality to do so on behalf of the municipality. 5) The purchaser of the property will be responsible for property taxes for the current year. 6) The purchaser will be required to execute a sale agreement in form and substance provided by the municipality. 7) The successful purchaser must pay Cash or certified cheque. A non refundable Deposit of l0% of bid price on March 15, 2021 and the Balance within 30 days. All payments to be made directly to Clearwater County. The property will not be declared sold to the highest bidder until that bidder has presented the required deposit and has signed the sales agreement. Bidder Information Bidder Information includes any information you provide to GWA when you register to participate and bid in any GWA auction or communicate with GWA by phone, fax or email as part of your use of GWA online bid services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your bidder information and you hereby warrant that your bidder information: (a) is true and accurate; (b) is not fraudulent; (c) does not infringe on any third party copyrights, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (d) does not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (e) in not defamatory, obscene or libelous; and (f) does not contain any viruses, code, files, or programs that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with data or personal information.
