We have received an antique and collectible package from a local seller who sold their home. There will be NO shipping on items such as furniture and bigger heavier lots. NO BUYER'S PREMIUM!!!! Cash, check or credit card. 3% interest on all credit card transactions. USD only. NO BUYERS PREMIUM. PASST collected. Please bring a copy of your re-sale certificate if you have not already. We must have this on file otherwise we will have to collect sales tax. PAS accepts all other state numbers. NOTE: We will NOT charge your credit card after the auction. Non-payers will be noted with HiBid and will be declined bidder permission in the future. Shipping Terms: NO shipping on items such as furniture and heavier, larger items such as cash register, stove etc. Buyer pays 100% shipping and handling. We charge a 5$ handling fee for every box that we handle and ship. We are NOT responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. We will be using UPS to ship.
