We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card & Discover). We accept credit cards for payment for all online purchases. You will be required to register your credit card information prior to bidding and may use it for payment if you are the successful bidder. All items that are not paid for in a timely manner default back to the owner/seller and may be resold at a later date if the owner/seller chooses to do so. SHIPPING TERMS: Buyer pays all shipping, handling and insurance costs (all items are subject to shipping insurance). The auction service may bundle multiple purchases in effort to save shipping costs for the buyer or of the bidder is local a pick may be arranged. CONDITION OF ITEMS: The auction service is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. We do not offer returns on any items purchased due to their condition. We will point out any obvious issues or defects but it is the buyers/bidders responsibility to determine the condition of the item in which they are bidding on. All items are to be sold "AS IS" without Guarantee or warranty of any kind. We do NOT accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to buyers remorse. If you are a successful bidder on an Item or an item is bid on from your IP address it is your responsibility to pay for the purchase or purchases. COINS: Coins are not graded by auction service nor is the auction service a certified coin grader. Please use your own best judgment to condition of the coin and grade of it. We the auction service do not know if the coins have been cleaned, we sell them in the condition in which we receive them. We do not offer returns on any coin purchased due to grade, condition or if they have been improperly cleaned. Please keep in mind the only two Grading Company's that guarantee their grade is PCGS and NGC. Often third party grading company's will grade coins higher and will use names similar to the legitimate grading company's name, such as, PCGC, and NCG. For references go to coinauctionshelp.com. This site offers you names of legitimate and illegitimate Grading Company's. All coins we sell are sold "AS IS" without Guarantee or warranty of any kind from the auction service. The grading company who graded the coins is the party responsible for the grade not the auction service. We only relay information from said grading company's and price guides. It is solely the buyers responsibility to research these grading company's prior to bidding. We do not own the coins we sell. All coins are sold on consignment. Therefore, due to our circumstances with the coins we sell we cannot accept any returns.
