We accept debit and credit cards
No cash or checks
We use currency pay for all debit and credit card payments
Sales tax will be added to all purchases
A 10% buyer's premium is added to all purchases.
All items purchased must be picked up, no shipping available
Any merchandise left in the building for more than 21 days becomes property of Gavel Time Auction LLC. It will be disposed of at our discretion with no refund due to buyer.
If you purchase from our online auction, and you don't pick up the merchandise during the same weekend you purchase you may void your 7 day warranty.
