Buyers premium is 18%, 3% discount for cash, debit as long as items are picked up and paid for within the 72 hour window. BIDDING BEGINS SUNDAY FEBRUARY 28TH AND ENDS ON MARCH 7TH. Lots will begin to close at 10AM on Sunday MARCH 7TH. Lots ending every 10 seconds. Every lot is a soft close, meaning any bids entered in the last 1 minutes will add 1 more minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Lots sold as is, in person inspection is recommended. Call for full condition report. We are willing to go over items and send more pictures if necessary. Lots sold as pictured, many group lots that will not be split up. High bid wins the grouping. If you are planning to bid over $2,000 on any given lot contact the auctioneer ahead of placing the bid. You will need pre-approval. Preview will be held Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm by appointment only. Please call before coming in. Pick-up, curbside or in house, is available on apointment as well. All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed immediately following close of sale. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property. Some shipping available for smaller items/lots, call ahead of placing bids if you will need items shipped. There is a $10 PER LOT handling charge on top of shipping costs. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment recieved. Any third party shippers have to be secured by the buyer. Make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged after that as stated above. Local delivery possible at cost of the buyer, please call ahead before placing bids if you would like items delivered. If item(s) are not paid, in full, within the 72 hour window, the bidder forfeits there right to the item(s). B and D Auctions reserve the right to refuse any bid/bidder.
