Description	We have four primary estates in this sale, Ms. Berens has recently passed, as has Miss. Christenson, and the Wengers. We will have three entire households as a result, along with items from the Williams family as they downsize. In addition we will have three to five area consignors with ammunition, antiques and collectibles and just plain cool stuff. One of the highlights is an Inspira quilting machine with a Husqvarna Viking, heavy duty actual sewing aparatus. If you are bidding on the 2014 Chevy you must have a positive feedback and payment is to be made by cash, wire transfer or cashier's check. There is no Buyer's premium on the truck!!!!! This catalog will be built from February 13th through March 3rd. It is always our goal to answer any of your questions via pictures so be sure and click through each picture pack as we load. Thank you! Preview will be Friday, March 5th at the Gallery from 9- 1 p.m., 219 Butler Creek Rd., Sulphur Springs, AR 72768. If you have a negative score on HiBid, and/or want approval for purchases in excess of $1000, you must seek approval from the company prior to the auction start time or your bids will be posted as "pending" and will not be recognized. If you make purchases and do not follow through on payment or pick-up, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of your high bid charged and/or you will be blocked from bidding in future sales. We are located in NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium of 10% is in effect * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen this auction in the event of computer system failures. * It is the buyers responsibility to contact us for payment. Credit Card charges are to be made through Barber Auctions @ 479-298-3034 NOT Hibid. * Auction company may bid on behalf of any reserves set by seller though these are limited to no more than 3-5 per auction event. *Shipping will be handled after payment is made to the auction at which time our third-party shipper will contact you. *Negative scored bidders must contact company and make arrangements prior to the auction if you want to participate. *If you may be bidding in excess of $2,000 you will need to get approval prior to the auction start time. *If you do not pay for or pick up your items for any reason other than health or death, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and/or will be blocked from bidding in future sales.

Payment Terms	All payments will be made directly to Barber Auctions on Saturday, March 6th from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m., and/or Monday, March 8th from 9 p.m. till 4 p.m. A 10% premium is in effect on all purchases unless otherwise stated. If you win items and cannot pick them up, but need them shipped, payment is your responsibility by phone (479-298-3034)on SATURDAY, March 6th. Non-payers will be blocked from bidding in future sales and will unfortunately will be given negative feedback viewable to all other auction companies.

Shipping / Pick Up

Items are to be picked up at the Butler Creek Auction Gallery on Saturday, March 6th from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. and Monday, March 8th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you need your items shipped, we will work with our third-party shipper and you may call Ronda AFTER close of auction on Saturday, March 6th for shipping arrangements @ 479-298-3034 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
