TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwised noted or announced at live auction) Cards on file will be charge the following day, if you wish to pay with cash or check, you need to let us know before the end of the auction, NOT AFTER. On large items with titles, arrangements must be made between buyer and auctioneer as to method of payment and title exchange. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the catalog, web, and ad descriptions . We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will try to answer any questions when asked. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. AUCTIONEERS NOTE: If you do not come pick up your items during the designated pickup times then you will have forfeited your items and tilte will revert back to the seller. No refunds will be issed for abandoned items, no exceptions. If you know that you cannot come pickup your items on designated pickup date either make plans to have your items picked up by someone or do not bid. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated pickup time. Auction company does not have staff on hand to load. Buers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS.
