ITEM PREVIEW DAYS: Bidders will be able to inspect and view items at 4155 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014 on: -Tuesday, February 23rd from 3-7 PM -Saturday, February 27th from 8 AM-noon -Sunday, February 28th (auction close day) from 10 AM - until after the auction closes -Other times available by appointment STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 2:00 PM Central Time on Sunday, February 28th, 2021. The first item will begin to close at 2:00 PM Central Time and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up on Wednesday, March 3rd from 9 AM - 5 PM or Saturday, March 6th from 9 AM - 3 PM at 4155 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014, unless alternate pick-up or shipping arrangements are made with the auction company by calling 573-834-2207. SHIPPING: Please contact the auction company by email after you receive your invoice from us at the conclusion of the auction if you would like your items shipped. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include: -New bidders (bidders that have not purchased from us before) that spend over $2,000 must pay by bank wire transfer or cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards on transactions over $2,000. -Check with proper ID. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. The Auction Company reserves the right to privately disclose to other bidders who the competing or winning bidder is on a specific lot or lots if they request that information, but only after the auction has ended. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items, make arrangements for an alternate pick up time, or make arrangements for payment and shipping by the end of the last scheduled pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
