All lots are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty stated or implied and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO PACKING, NO SHIPPING unless arrangements have been made BEFORE bidding with agreed upon packing/storage/shipping fee, NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not generally ship items.
If you have bid on previous auctions of ours and did not pay in full, do not bid- your bid will be cancelled and not honored.
We reserve the right to add or delete bids in the event of a computer, program, programmer, or network issue or failure.
Items may be added or removed from auction at any time.
All items bid on must be paid for in full by credit/debit or cash at pickup.
Announcements made on day of sale (if a live auction takes place) take precidence over any printed materials.
