* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Sales Tax rate of 5.875% applies to all purchases unless a copy of Sales Tax Exemption permit is emailed prior to payment (email to chuppsauction@gmail.com)

* Payment in full is due at conclusion of auction
* Payment types accepted: Cash, Credit Cards up to $5000 & wire transfer
* All purchases under $5000 will automatically be charged to credit card on file when auction ends, unless previous arrangements are made
* Pickup day of auction until 4 PM & Friday 9-3 PM
