Conditions: This sale is subject to all easements, covenants, restrictions of record and leases. All property and improvements sell in as-is condition with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, by the seller, Edgewater Insurance, LLC and their agents and affiliates. Immediately following the sale, the successful bidders will be required to enter into a legally binding purchase agreement and deposit with the real estate agent the required earnest deposit payment.
