By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Connection problems can happen from between our office, to the software servers, back to you and vice versa. We cannot be held responsible for the above possible issues, or for your bids not making it into the system, or in the case of an online and live auction, you not getting the live bidding fast enough, or not at all.
