Tract# 1 consists of 5 acres +/- w/homesite on Sunshine Lane. There is a burnt house and the outbuildings are in rough condition and metal shop building in fair condition. Tract# 2 consists of 5 acres +/- on West Hensley Road. There is an old house in rough condition and a lot next to it w/utilities where a home was. Tract# 3 consists or 77 acres +/- and is mostly mixed timber w/a small lake. There is an easement w/good road off of West Hensley. There is a camp house (rough condition) and there are roads and trails throughout the property. The timber supposedly has not had any timber cut in 30 years. Please come do your own timber cruise. Tract# 4 consists of 33 acres +/- of mixed mature timber that adjoins Tract# 3 on the north side. NOTE: There is no recorded easement to this property, however, it is accessible through Tract# 3.
