A buyer's premium of 18% of the hammer price shall be added to each lot purchased online to reach the total sales price. CREDIT CARDS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT FOR ABSENTEE AND ONLINE BIDDERS EXCEPT FOR GOLD COINS AND ANY INVOICE GREATER THAN $2000.00 which certified payments, cash or wire transfer may be required.. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be billed separately through a site called Shipping Saint. You will start to receive notifications from this site within 12 hours of the auction. The only acceptable method of payment for any gold coin is cash, certified check or wire transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot, No credit card usage fee. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids. Within 12 hours of the auction you will start to receive email & text notifications regarding the status of the shipping process and once the items have been packed you will receive a invoice for the packing and shipping total with a link where you can pay the invoice for packing and shipping. Once payment has been made then the items will be shipped and you will receive tracking information. If the invoice for packing and shipping remains unpaid after 3 days then PA Auction Center withholds the right to charge your credit card on file for the shipping and handling costs. PICKING UP Within 12 hours of the auction you will receive a notification from Shipping Saint. If you pan on picking up please respond to that email or text stating your intentions of picking up. Otherwise a shipping quote will be sent to you. SHIPPING Once payment has been received by the auction company please allow a minimum of 1 week for shipment of items. Most times it will only take a few days. All shipping will be handled through a company called Shipping Saint. Notifications as to the status of packing, shipping and payment for shipping will be sent out via email and text message. Failure to remit payment for shipping services will result in us charging your card on file. Packaging will be billed based on the amount of time and material used to package the items . We do not ship to bidders outside of the US. There will be a minimum of $5.00 packing fee per invoice for all antiques and none coin/currency related items and rates will go up depending on how much material and time is spent packing the item. Coins and currency packing and shipping costs. Flat rate envelope cost $6.50-10.00 plus a $1.50 fee & 1% for insurance. Flat rate small box costs $7.50-12.00 plus a $1.50 packing fee & 1% for insurance. Flat rate Medium box costs $13.50-20.00 plus a $1.50 packing fee and 1% for insurance. At your request smaller lots of coins can be wrapped in cardstock paper and shipped in a regular un-insured, un-tracked envelop AT YOUR OWN RISK! All such request must be emailed to info@paauctioncenter.com within 12 hours of the auction. Successful high bidders are responsible for all shipping costs including but not limited to insurance, handling, material, and other charges that may apply including, a per lot handling fee. Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be in the same package. PA Auction Center is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, regardless of the carrier used. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. All items being picked up must be done within 3 days of the auction. Any items not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Pa Auction Center.
