No Reserves or Buyers premium, Except for items not being picked up and are to be shipped, will have a 10% buyers premium applied, plus postage.Please state if shipping is required in auctioneers notes upon registration. We accept Visa / MC. 3% will be added to all Credit Card Transactions (Shown as a buyers premium). 13% Hst will be added to highest bid. All Items are to be paid for at end of sale once invoiced,c/c on file will be automatically debited as there will be no cashier on site day of pickup, paid in full invoice will be required to pick up items. All items are being sold as is where is,we try to purvey items conditions and authenticity with pictures and descriptions, we still invite you to investigate further, to your satisfaction. Buyer is responsible for loading and transportation of all goods purchased on pick up day. Pickup day is Sat Feb 27th for all carry out items ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS 9 - 3pm In Pickering Ont, Address to be announced on invoice of all sucessful bidders emailed directly following sale close.. *** All Equipment is to be picked up Sun Feb 28 & Mon Mar 1st 9-4pm ONLY and MUST BE SCHEDULED due to covid and limited parking on site, NO EXCEPTIONS as owners lease is up ** This is industrial shop equipment, it is very heavy, loading dock 4ft h from ground level, buyer is responsible to remove from shop and load at their expense. If unable to do so in a safe and efficent manner, please call a machinery mover for assistance as we will not be responsible for any loss or injury onsite. Redmond & Associates Machinery Movers is a local company, who would be happy to facilitate a quote to assist.
