Auction Terms & Conditions All sales are final. All property is sold AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. Auctioneer relies upon Seller to prepare descriptions of the property to be sold, and any error in such descriptions is not due to any action or omission of Auctioneer. Bidders shall inspect the property prior to bidding, with no reliance whatsoever on any written description prepared by Seller or Auctioneer as to year, make, model, or condition of any property. Purchaser warrants and represents that such inspection by Purchaser has addressed any and all Purchaser concerns about the condition of the Property. 13% buyers premium applies to all lots sold. Your credit card on file will be charged for the full amount or a partial amount that will be considered a deposit. All items not paid within 5 days will result in the item or items being forfeited along with any partial payments or deposits that have been made or charged to the credit card on file. In the event of an internet outage, cloudflare outage or any other type of internet problem that would prevent potential bidders from accessing the online bidding site and/or placing bids in the final minutes of the lot ending will result in the auction either being paused or restarted from the time of the outage forward. In the event the auction would need to be restarted the lots would be resold even if you received an automatic email after the auction stating you won. This is a rare event but if this where to happen this is the way it will be handled so that everyone has the same oppurtunity to buy the items. 6% Pa sales tax applies unless you hold a valid sales tax excemption. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. SHIPPING If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be invoiced seperately through a system called shipping saint. Within 12 hours of the auction you will receive a text and email from shipping saint. If you plan to pickup just reply to that text message or email stating your intentions of doing so, otherwise we will continue with the shipping quote. You will receive receive text messages & emails with updates through the shipping process and eventually get an invoice for shipping and handling. Just click on the link to submit payment for shipping and we will get the package on it's way. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids.
