Terms and Conditions

13% buyer premium with a 3% discount for cash or check. All items must be picked up within scheduled pick up window or items may be disposed of. If cannot make pick up window please let us know and we will workout a pick up date. There will be a $20 charge for pick ups past scheduled pick up days. Pick up days will be Wednesday December 16th 12-5pm and Thursday December 17th 12-5pm. All unpaid lots after pick up days will automatically be charged to credit card on file.
