Firearms are located at Hick's Trading Station, Pinckneyville, IL You must have valid Illinois Fire Owner ID card (FOID) to bid on the firearms (out-of-state bidders see below). Hick's Trading Station, Pinckneyville, IL will complete all paperwork. The purchaser will be required to pick up the firearm at Hick's after the required waiting period, and all paperwork is completed. A $15 per gun transfer fee will be charged by Hick's Trading Station (this fee will be added to your auction invoice). There will be absolutely no exceptions; everyone including Federal firearm dealers will be required to follow these terms. Purchasers will be contacted at the end of the auction and will need to send a photo of their FOID card to auction company by email or text and present the card in person at Hick's Trading Station. Out-of-state firearm purchasers: You can make arrangements with Hick's to have your firearm(s) transferred to a Federal dealer in your state. A $25 per gun transfer fee will be charged by Hick's Trading Post (this fee will be added to your auction invoice). The purchasers will be responsible for making arrangements with the dealer the gun is to be transferred to and the cost of shipping, handling, packing and insurance will be at the purchasers' expense. Scheduled Removal Dates & Times: Before placing any bids, please make sure you can remove your items within the scheduled dates and times. Abandoned Property: Buyers will be responsible for all expenses incurred for the transportation, storage and legal expense incurred on behalf of delinquent accounts or abandoned items not removed by the stated deadline. Public inspections are open to all interested parties for a complete examination of the assets. If you are uncertain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly.
