You, the buyer, are responsible for honoring bids, understanding the quality of the items you are bidding on and which items you choose to bid on. Retail prices displayed are intended to be helpful, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors. Buyers must do their own research on all lot details such as price. We do our best to put known issues in the title of the item, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the bidder to understand you are bidding in an auction. ** EasyBid Auction reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. -ATTENTION- once you win an item you will recieve a email with a invoice and pick up address. We do alot of estate auctions so some pick up address will be different than our business location. - A 5% BUYERS PREMIUM & a 8.265% NV SALES TAX will be added to ALL sales. **ALL SALES ON ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL** By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Any dispute with items or prices will only be arbitrated within 2 business days following the auction. No changes to auction invoice regarding item or price will be made on auction day. As soon as you are declared the winning bidder you are responsible for the item purchased and payment. We will charge your card on file if it is rejected we accept cash payments on pick up day. WE DO SHIP items thats are under 80lbs. once you are declared the winning bidder just email us to set us shipping. shipping cost IS buyers responsibility. If payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like) purchaser agrees to pay a return fee. If action is necessary to enforce the terms of this agreement, purchaser agrees to pay attorney fees and costs associated with collection or action.
