Masterpiece will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies, typos, errors, or misinformation provided by, but not limited to, cosigners, employees, or auctioneers. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they understand a warranty is not included on any item. * Registration by bidder signifies that bidder understands and agrees that seller is, and will not be held accountable for items sold with defects. * Masterpiece reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion. * All winning bidders must pay applicable Texas taxes of 8.25% * 15 % buyer's premium charged. ** NO CASH OR CHECK PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED, WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING PAYMENTS BY CARD** * Credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically notify us ahead of time with the alternative card information to be billed following auction closing. * All invoices will be processed at the end of the Auction with the card that was used during registration. * Returned payments will be charged an additional $20 reprocessing fee *Please be sure that your credit card information is up to date. * Invoices in its entirety must be paid before items are released. * We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. *Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or cashier's check) for larger amounts. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *All closed lots are not final until all absentee bids have been received and acknowledged. *All lots with stock / generic photos are used for illustration purposes only.
