NOTE: Furniture & Larger items are PICKUP ONLY unless arrangements have been made prior to bidding no later than 5:00 PM December 7th. Delivery is available up to 100 miles for a fee. Shipping will be offered for smaller items at the buyer's expense. ALL SALES ARE FINAL; If you bid and win you are responsible for payment in a timely manner! No exceptions! Questions? Bidder inspection dates are provided & encouraged so "All items are sold AS IS with all faults". All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted, photos are provided but the quality of views & images in your computer or smart phone are out of our control, and we will not be held responsible if you have not viewed the item in person. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Major Wisconsin Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. Applicable taxes may be charged in accordance to Wisconsin State Tax Laws at the rate of 5.5%. Buyer's fee/premium of 13% will be executed above the final bid. Accepted online Payments; MC, Visa, Discover, Amex. PayPal is acceptable for shipped items only. Accepted On delivery payments; Cash or known & preapproved check. 3% Discount for cash payment during pickup dates only. Pickup will be designated times posted or by appointment. If shipping is required allow up to 10 days after the final auction date for shipment to leave our warehouse. If special arrangements are required more time may be needed for shipment. There are no storage fees if picked up on the designated days or by the appointment agreed upon, however if the items are not removed by those dates a fee of $5 per day will begin to accrue up to 25 days upon which time the item may be relisted or disposed of at the discretion of Major Wisconsin Auctions.* Required time of pickup/checkout and any charges for storage. If shipping is required the bidder will notify Major Wisconsin Auctions upon winning the bid on the item. PICKUP DATES; Friday December 11th & Sunday December 13th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Jefferson County Fair Park 504 N Jackson Ave. Jefferson WI 53549 East Exhibit Barn. Shipping is at the expense of the buyer & will be available for smaller items - Furniture is pickup only unless arrangements are made prior to bidding, delivery is available within 100 miles for a fee, call for more information. We use UPS & USPS in most cases, and calculate the shipping and invoice it seperate after we have received the payment for your item(s). Pickup will be the designated times posted or by appointment. If shipping is required allow up to 10 days after the final auction date, or 5 days after shipping fees have been paid for shipment to leave our warehouse. If special arrangements are required more time may be needed for shipment.
