Description	Auctioning of the lifetime personal collection of Orin & Karen McConniel of Taneyville, Missouri. The McConniel have a 50 year collection of rocks, minerals, lapidary and gemstones! AUCTION ONE: JANUARY 9th, 2021-At The Estate Depot Auction House 1781 West Clay Street, Ozark, Missouri 65721. Doors open at 8:30 AM and bidding starts at 9:30 AM. There is a preview on Friday night (5 PM to 7 PM) . Auction one is available in person at the auction house or on HiBid. Everyone attending auction one will get to preview most of auction 2 and 3. AUCTION TWO: February 20th, 2021. At The Estate Depot Auction House, 1781 West Clay Street, Ozark, Missouri 65721. Doors open at 8:30 AM and bidding starts at 9:30 AM. There is a preview on Friday night (5 PM to 7 PM). Auction two is available in person at the auction house or on Hibid. AUCTION THREE: February 21st, 2021 at 10 AM. This auction is an equipment and raw rock auction onsite at the residence in Taneyville, Missouri. Exact location will be published closer to sale date. This is on site only and will not be available for online bidding. Please contact auctioneer for terms and conditions. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. *We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion for any reason. * Since this is all from one estate there is NO Missouri Sales Tax * Buyer's premium is 15 Percent * Visa, Mastercard, Discover are accepted with a 3 percent * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *Shipping is available through USPS. There is a $5.00 surcharge per bidder number. So if you buy 10 items you are only charged one surcharge of $5.00. Shipping cost is actual plus the $5.00 and insurance is required on all shipments. We will gladly use Flat Rate Boxes to save you money. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *Payment is due when auction closes. *If you are picking up the lot of items you won online it must be removed from our auction house within 1 week. Shipping / Pick Up

We will ship your lot(s) within 7 days following cleared payment. We are happy to combine shipping and will use United States Postal Service flat rate boxes to save you money. There is a $5.00 fee for shipping per auction (not item). If you are picking up your online wins please do so within 7 days or incur daily storage charge of $15.00 per day,.
