Purchaser agrees the above items were sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Buyers are urged to inspect goods before bidding. Each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the auctioneer declares the item sold. All sales are final. Registered Credit Cards on file will be processed after auction. To avoid processing fee you can pay by check or cash at pick up, however, you MUST notifiy us immediately after auction by email at TPetersAndAssociates@gmail.com to avoid auto processing. All purchases must be paid for within 5 business days, regardless of when they are removed. Shipping is available thru the UPS Store in Manlius, NY or we can provide a list of independent movers. Those who claim tax exempt, certify that the number provided is valid and on file.
